I love when you can’t seem to tell a photo from a painting, and vise versa! I was using my close up 10x magnifier lens attachment to focus on the center of this mallow flower and the extreme depth of field the magnifier created tended to blur out the flower petals and background to such a degree, that the end result appeared much more like an art painting than it did a photograph.

Since you all seem to like this flower so much, I thought i’d give you another taste of the bush mallow. 🙂
I have just received my new PC today (since Microsoft had ended their support of Windows XP and older operating systems..ugh! ) so I can now play with GIMP editing software again and attach my old name tag logo. However, I do still think I much enjoy my tablet and the simple to use photo editor app.
